How do I add my personalisation request to the order?

To add your personalisation request, simply type your chosen name or customisation into the 'personalisation box' located on the right hand side of the item.

Can I return a personalised item?

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there are any faults, mistakes, or misprinting on your item we are happy to replace the item for you free of charge!

Does it cost extra to customise my item?

No, it does not cost extra to customise your item! If you would like any changes to the original design such as colour, font, or style etc, this can also be included in the personalisation box.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

Please note due to the bespoke nature of items, our processing time is 1-3 days. The courier service we use is a 48-hour tracked service for UK orders only. It is recommended to track your order using your shipping number.

How long will it take for me to receive my item overseas?

With overseas orders, please be patient with the shipping time. Each country has a different courier service with different delivery time, as well as individual customs checks, which we have no control over.
